WebEx. You can submit your questions directly through the chat panel of the WebEx once joined, via the internet option above.
Email. You can email questions, to mpinckney@eepc.nyc.gov.
Is there a deadline to submit questions? Yes, you must submit all questions during the meeting session, on September 24, 2020.
Can I review the recording of the Commission Meeting? Yes, you can review the recorded Commission meeting, which will be made available online, by going to the Equal Employment Practices Commissions YouTube page, https www.youtube.com/channel/

Speaking time will be limited to three minutes. Speakers will provide comment in the order in which the requests to comment are received.
The public comment period will conclude upon all speakers being heard, or at the expiration of 30 minutes allotted for public comment, whichever occurs first.
Copies of the Calendar will be available on NYCHAs Website, no earlier than 24 hours before the upcoming Board Meeting. Copies of the Minutes will also be available on NYCHAs Website, no earlier than 3:00 P.M., on the Thursday following the Board Meeting.

Because of the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis and in relation to Governor Andrew Cuomos Executive Orders, the Board Meeting of the New York City Housing Authority, scheduled for Wednesday, September30, 2020, at 10:00 A.M., will be limited, to viewing the live-stream or listening, via phone, instead of attendance in person.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the provisions of Title 25, Chapter 3 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York Sections 25-303, 25-307, 25-308, 25-309, 25-313, 25-318, 25-320 on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at 9:30 A.M., the Landmarks Preservation Commission LPC or agency, will hold a public hearing by teleconference with respect to the properties listed below, and then followed by a public meeting. The final order and estimated times for each application will be posted on the Landmarks Preservation Commission website, the Friday before the hearing. Please note that the order and estimated times are subject to change. The teleconference will be by the Zoom app and will be live streamed on the LPCs YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/nyclpc. Members of the public should observe the meeting on the YouTube channel and may testify on particular matters by joining the meeting using either the Zoom app or by calling in from any phone. Specific instructions on how to observe and testify, including the meeting ID and password, and the call-in number, will be posted on the agencys website, under the Hearings tab, https www1.nyc.gov/site/lpc/hearings/hearings.page, on the Monday before the public hearing.
