bounded by the westerly prolongation of the northerly street line of 36th Avenue, College Point Boulevard, 39th Avenue, Janet Place, Roosevelt Avenue, College Point Boulevard, the northerly street line of 40th Road and its northeasterly and south westerly prolongations, a line passing through a point distant 891.29 feet southwesterly of College Point Boulevard on the last named course and proceeding northwesterly at an angle of 127 degrees 12 minutes and 20 seconds to said named course, the easterly boundary line of a park, and the U.S. Pierhead and Bulkhead line;

Special Flushing Waterfront District The Special Flushing Waterfront District is a Special Purpose District designated by the letters FW in which special regulations set forth in Article XII, Chapter 7, apply.
Special Forest Hills District The Special Forest Hills District is a Special Purpose District designated by the letters FH in which special regulations set forth in Article VIII, Chapter 6, apply.
Special Purpose Districts Establishment of the Special Enhanced Commercial District In order to carry out the special purposes of this Resolution as set forth in Article XIII, Chapter 2, the Special Enhanced Commercial District is hereby established.
Establishment of the Special Flushing Waterfront District In order to carry out the special purposes of this Resolution as set forth in Article XII, Chapter 7, the Special Flushing Waterfront District is hereby established.

DEFINITIONS
The Special Enhanced Commercial District is a Special Purpose District designated by the letters EC in which special regulations set forth in Article XIII, Chapter 2, apply.
Enclosed or unenclosed sidewalk cafes shall be permitted, as indicated, in the following special zoning districts, where allowed by the underlying zoning. Small sidewalk cafes, however, may be located on streets or portions of streets within special zoning districts pursuant to the provisions of Section 14-43 Locations Where Only Small Sidewalk Cafes Are Permitted.

c In the districts indicated without a letter suffix, the optional Quality Housing bulk regulations permitted as an alternative pursuant to paragraph b of this Section, shall not apply to:
