The Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the New York City Board of Education Retirement System, will participate in a Common Investment Meeting of the New York City Pension Systems.
The meeting will be held, at 9:00 A.M., on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 1 Centre Street, 10th Floor North Side, New York, NY 10007.

The meeting is open to the public. Pre-Registration, at least 45 minutes before the scheduled Board Meeting, is required by all speakers.
Comments are limited to the items on the Calendar. Speaking time will be limited to three minutes. The public comment period will conclude upon all speakers being heard or, at the expiration of 30 minutes allotted by law for public comment, whichever occurs first.

The proposed franchise agreements would authorize the franchisees to install, operate and maintain equipment and facilities, including base stations and access point facilities, on 1 City-Owned street light poles and traffic light poles, and certain Privately-Owned utility poles located on the City streets and 2 subject to necessary further approvals, LinkNYC Kiosks, bus stop shelters and automatic public toilets, all in connection with the provision of mobile telecommunications services.
The proposed franchise agreements have a term of ten years.

MetroTech Center, 18th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201, commencing December 9, 2019 through December 16, 2019, between the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Hard copies of the proposed franchise agreements may be obtained, by appointment, at a cost of $.25 per page. All payments shall be made at the time of pickup by check or money order made payable to the New York City Department of Finance. The proposed franchise agreements may also be obtained in PDF form at no cost, by email request.
