CIVIC ENGAGEMENT COMMISSION
MEETING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Civic Engagement Commission, will hold a public meeting, at 4:00
P.M., on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at 100 Church Street, 12th Floor, OATH Training Room.
In November 2018, New York City voters approved Charter revisions that established the New York City Civic Engagement Commission, which can be found in Chapter 76 of the New York City Charter. The Commissions purpose is to enhance civic participation through a variety of initiatives, including participatory budgeting, expanded poll site interpretation and assistance to community boards.

The meeting is open to the public. CEC will provide a period, at the end of its meeting, for public comment related, to the mission and activities of the Commission. Please note that public comment is limited to three minutes. This time is intended for comment and is not designated for questions and answers.
