Supplemental Notice to Extend the Comment Period on Proposed Rules This is a supplemental notice to the Notice of Public Hearing and Opportunity to Comment on Proposed Rules posted on October 11, 2019, concerning the Procurement Policy Boards PPB proposed amendments to the Rules of the City of New York. The PPB is issuing this supplemental notice to provide additional time to submit written comments on the proposed amendments. The deadline to submit written comments has been extended from November 7, 2019 to November 12, 2019. Anyone can comment on the proposed rules by:

You can speak for up to three minutes.
