Approximately 33
apartments would be affordable to households at an average of 80
percent AMI, according to MIH Option 2. The development would provide approximately 15,800 square feet for commercial use on the ground floor, and accessory parking for 42 vehicles and 54 bicycles in the cellar, for both commercial and residential uses.
