DEAR MS. VALENCIA -- I hereby call a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Chicago, to be convened at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, March 28, 2022, in the City Council Chamber in City Hall, for the sole purposes of considering and voting on:
1 a report from the City Council Committee on Committees and Rules regarding appointment of the

Ward Alderman;
2 a resolution amending the resolution creating committee assignments for the
2019 -- 2023 term; and
3 a report from the City Council Committee on Finance recommending a proposed ordinance regarding Chapter 3-52 of the Municipal Code.
