On Tuesday, November 24,2020 at 10:00 A.M., the Honorable Lori E. Lightfoot, Mayor, called the City Council to order and noted pursuant to applicable law and her determination that attendance by remote means was necessary because an in-person meeting was not practical or prudent due to the declared public health disaster caused by COVID-19, the meeting was being conducted by videoconference. The Honorable Andrea M. Valencia, City Glerk, then called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen La Spata, Hopkins, Dowetl, King, Hairston, Sawyer, Mitchell, Harris, Beale, Sadlowski Garza, Thompson, Cdrdenas, Quinn, Burke, Lopez, Coleman, Moore, Cuilis, OShea, Taylor, Brookins, Rodriguez, Tabares, Scott, Sigcho-Lopez, Burnett, Ervin, Taliaferro, Reboyras, Cardona, Wiguespack, Rodriguez-Sanchez, Austin, Ramirez-Rosa, Villegas, Mitts, $posato, Nugent, Vasquez, Napolitang, Reilly, Smith, Tunney, Gardiner, Capleman, Martin, Osterman, Hadden, Silverstein -- 49
