Call To Order On Monday, November23,2O2O at 2:00 P.M., the Honorable Lori E. Lightfoot, Mayor, called
the City Council to order and noted pursuant to applicable law and her determination that attendince by remote means was necessary because an in-person meeting was not practical or prudent due to the declared public disasier caused by COVID-19, the meeting was being conducted by videoconference. The Honorable Andrea tt/I. Valencia, City Clerk, then called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen La Spata, Hopkins, Dowell, Hairston, Sawyer, Mitchell, Harris, Beale, Sadlowski Garza, Thompson, C6rdenas, Quinn, Burke, Lopez, Coleman, Moore, Curtis, OShea, Taylor Brookins, Rodriguez, Tabares, Scott, Sigcho-Lopez, Maldonado, Burnett, Ervin, Taliaferro, Reboyras, CardJna, Waguespack, Rodriguez-Sanchez, Austin, Ramirez-Rosa, Villegas, Mitts, Sposato, Nugent, Vasquez, Napolitario, Reilly, Smith, Tunney, Gardiner, Cappleman, Martin, Osterman, Hadden, Silverstein -- 49.

Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot led the City Council and assembled guests in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
