Call To Order.
On Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., the Honorable Lori E. Lightfoot, Mayor, called the City Council to order and noted that pursuant to Illinois Executive Order 2020-07, issued on March 16, 2020 and suspending in-person attendance requirements of the Open Meetings Act and encouraging remote participation, that this meeting was being conducted by videoconference.
