Call To Order.
On Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 10:00 AM., the Honorable Rahm Emanuel, Mayor, called the City Council to order. Carina E. Sanchez, Deputy City Clerk, called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen Hopkins, Dowell, King, Hairston, Sawyer, Mitchell, Harris, Beale, Sadlowski Garza, Thompson, Cardenas, Quinn, Burke, Lopez, Foulkes, D. Alderman Reboyras led the City Council and assembled guests in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
Invocation.
Monsignor Dan Mayall of the Holy Name Cathedral Parish opened the meeting with prayer.
