Call To Order.
On Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the Honorable Rahm Emanuel, Mayor, called the City Council to order. The Honorable Susana A. Mendoza, City Clerk, called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen Moreno, Hopkins, Dowell, Burns, Hairston, Sawyer, Mitchell, Harris, Beale, Sadlowski Garza, Thompson, Cardenas, Quinn, Burke, Lopez, Foulkes, D. Alderman Arena led the City Council and assembled guests in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

Reverend Canon MattQew Talarico, Provincial Superior, Shrine of Christ the King, opened the meeting with prayer.
