The following is said proposed resolution:
WHEREAS, At approximately 7:30 AM. on Monday, July 13, 2015, siblings Diavonnie and Devonte Ingram set out from their home in Chicagos Avondale neighborhood, headed to summer classes at the Chicago Housing Authoritys Learn and Earn program at Truman College; and
