Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for Silliman Group LLC on November 13, 2013 and printed upon page 65573 of the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the words: "1501 -- 1521 East Hyde Park Boulevard" and inserting in their place the words:
"5105 South Harper Avenue".
SECTION 2. This ordinance amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 2102 North Hoyne LLC on June 26,2013 and printed upon page 56790 of the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the words: "the sum of Eight Hundred and no/1 00 Dollars $800.00 per annum, in advance." and inserting in their place the words: "the sum of Zero and no/100 Dollars $0.00 per annum.
Building constructed/built before 1922."
SECTION 2. This ordinance amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
