Determination Of Quorum.
On Friday, April 24, 1992 at 10:01 A.M., Alderman Luis V. Gutierrez, President Pro Tempore, called the City Council to order. The Honorable Walter S. Kozubowski, CJity Clerk, called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen Rush, Beavers, Shaw, Huels, Burke, Streeter, Evans, Gutierrez, Hendon, E. Smith, Mell and Austin 12.
No quorum present.
Adjournment.
Thereupon, in the absence of a quorum. Alderman Burke moved thiat pursuant to Rule 2 ofthe City Councils Rules of Order and Procedure, the City Council do Adjourn. The motion Prevailed and the City Council Stood Adjourned.
