Evans, Garcia, Krystyniak, Henry, Soliz, Gutierrez, Butler, E. Smith, Davis, Bialczak, Gabinski, Mell, Austin, Kotlarz, Banks, Giles, Cullerton, Laurino, OConnor, Pucinski, Natarus, Eisendrath, Hansen, Levar, Shiller, Schulter, M. Smith, Orr, Stone.

Call To Order.
On Wednesday, October 31,1990 at 10:00 A.M., The Honorable Richard M.
Daley, Mayor, called the City Council to order. Mr. Daniel J. Burke, DeputyCity Clerk, called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen Roti, Rush, Bloom, Steele, Beavers, Shaw, Vrdolyak, Huels, Fary, Madrzyk, Burke, Langford, Streeter, Sheahan, J. Evans, Garcia, Krystyniak, E. Smith, Bialczak, Mell, Austin, Kotlarz, Banks, Giles, Cullerton, Laurino, OConnor, Pucinski, Natarus, Eisendrath, Hansen, Levar, Shiller, M. Smith, Orr, Stone - 36.
Quorum present.
Invocation.
Reverend E. R. Williams, Pastor of South Park Baptist Church, opened the meeting with prayer.
At this point in the proceedings, Alderman Rush noted that the Reverend Williams was celebrating fifty-two years in the ministry. Thereupon, Reverend Williams was warmly applauded by the Council and its assembled guests.
