The City Clerk transmitted communications, reports, etc., relating to the respective subjects listed below, which were acted upon by the City Council in each case in the manner noted, as follows;
Referred-BIDS FOR SALE OF BOARD OF
EDUCATION PROPERTY.
The City Clerk transmitted a communication from Ronald D. Picur, City Comptroller, under date of November 27,1985, which reads as follows:
1435-1447 West Belden Avenue Thomas Center School.
Transmitted herewith twelve 12 sealed bids. These bids were submitted in response to advertisement for the sale of Board of Education property which was authorized by ordinance August 31,1983.
On motion of Alderman Banks, the bids submitted with the foregoing communication were ordered opened and read and were then Referred to the Committee on Land Acquisition and Disposition.
The following is a summary of said bids:
