In the absence of Honorable Hsirold Washington, Mayor, Alderman Eugene Sawyer, President Pro Tem., assumed the Chair.

Call to Order.
On Tuesday, November 26, 1985 at 11:38 A.M. the hour appointed for the meeting was 10:00 A.M. Alderman Eugene Sawyer, President Pro Tem., called the City Council to order.
Daniel J.
