Call to Order.
On Wednesday, November 20, 1985 at 12:45 P.M. the hour appointed for the meeting was 10:00 A.M. Honorable Harold Washington, Mayor, called the City Council to order. The clerk called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time:

CONGRATULATIONS EXTENDED TO MOTHER MC AULEY HIGH
SCHOOLS "MIGHTY MACS" VOLLEYBALL TEAM MEMBERS
AS 1985 ILLINOIS STATE VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONS.
Honorable Harold Washington, Mayor, on behalf of himself and all the members of the City Council, presented the following proposed resolution:
WHEREAS, Mother McAuley High Schools Mighty Macs Volleyball Team members are the reigning 1985 Illinois State Volleyball Champions; and WHEREAS, The Mighty Macs won their title by defeating all opposing teams in the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals in two game sets each at Eastern Illinois University on November 16,1985; and
