To the Honorable, The City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN -- At the request ofthe Commissioner ofthe Department of Economic Development, I transmit herewith an ordinance authorizing the Commissioner to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Chicago, a Redevelopment Agreement with Gerald Gorski and Michael Esposito. The Redevelopment Agreement provides that the City will make funds available in the amount of $7781, to assist Gorski and Esposito in the purchase of property located at 4555 West Addison, Chicago, as part of their business expansion activities.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN -- At the request of the Commissioner of the Department of Planning, I transmit herewith an ordinance authorizing the Commissioner to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Chicago a Redevelopment Agreement with American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago as Trustee, and Jefferson Partners, an Illinois limited partnership, in the amount of $200,000, to help renovate a building at 216
South Jefferson Street, Chicago, into a commercial office space facility.
