On Tuesday, August 20, 1985 at 10:30 A.M. the hour appointed for the meeting was 9:30
A.M., Honorable Harold Washington, Mayor, called the City Council to order. The clerk called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen Roti, Rush, Tillman, Evans, Sawyer, Beavers, Humes, Hutchinson, Vrdolyak, Huels, Burke, Brady, Langford, Streeter, Kellam, Sheahan, Kelley, Sherman, Stemberk, Henry, Marzullo, Nardulli, W.
