EL FALLO DE LA CORTE DE 27 DE AGOSTO DE 2019.
Dice:
POR EL CUAL SE DECLARA QUE SON INCONSTITUCIONALES LAS
FRASES O TRÁNSITO POR EL PAÍS Y ESTA DECISIÓN NO
ADMITE RECURSO ALGUNO, CONTENIDAS EN LOS ARTÍCULOS
50 Y 51 RESPECTIVAMENTE, DEL DECRETO LEY NO. 3 DE 22 DE
FEBRERO DE 2008.
Debe decir:
POR EL CUAL SE DECLARA QUE NO SON INCONSTITUCIONALES
LAS FRASES O TRÁNSITO POR EL PAÍS Y ESTA DECISIÓN
NO ADMITE RECURSO ALGUNO, CONTENIDAS EN LOS
