and below, clerks GS-2, and laborers, employed on a seasonal basis in cottonclassing offices outside the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Area. Employment under this authority or under a com bination of this authority and any other excepting authority shall not exceed 160 working days a year in the case of cotton classers and laborers and 130
working days a year in the case of clerks.
