The regulations issued by Commodity Credit Corporation with respect to the 1952 Crop Peanut Price Support Pro gram 17 F. R. 5787 are amended as provided herein.
The definition of merchantable farm
wheat for which neither registered ers stock peanuts in 646.404 is revised freight bills nor such freight certificates are presented to guarantee outbound so th at peanuts containing 7 percent or less damaged kernels will be eligible for movement at the minimum proportional domestic interstate freight rate, shall farm and warehouse storage loans and have a support rate equal to the appli purchase agreements, and peanuts con taining 10 percent or less moisture will cable terminal rate.
