Under authority of 6.1 a of Ex ecutive Order 9830, and at the request of the War Claims Commission, the Commission has decided that three po sitions of confidential secretary one to each Commissioner be excepted from the competitive service. Effective upon publication in the F ederal R egister, 6.150 is amended by the addition of paragraph b as follows:
