A Its General Rules and Regula tions be and the same are hereby amended to the extent of adding a new 2.55 to Part 2 of Subchapter A, and a new 157.14 to Part 157 of Subchapter E, and amending 157.9 of Subchapter E, all of Chapter I, Title 18, Code of Federal Regulations,, so that such sec tions read as provided in the accompany ing and attached statement, which is made a part hereof by reference.
B The new and amended rules and regulations herein prescribed be and they are hereby made effective as of the date of issuance of this order.
C The Secretary of the Commission shall cause prompt publication of this order to be made in the F ederal R eg ister .
