With respect to violations, rights accrued, liabilities incurred, or appeals taken, prior to said date, under W a r Food Order No. 75-1, as amended, all provisions of said order shall be deemed to remain in full force for the purpose of sustaining any proper suit, action, or other proceeding with respect to any such violation, right, liability, or appeal.
