BEET SUGAR CROP
Pursuant to the provisions of section 802 a of the Sugar Act of 1937, as amended, and Executive Order No. 9322, issued March 26, 1943, as amended by Executive Order No. 9334, issued April 19, 1943, the following determination is hereby issued:
802.17g Determination of propor tionate shares for farms in the domestic beet sugar area for the 1944 crop. The proportionate share for the 1944 crop for each farm in the domestic beet sugar area shall be the number of acres of sugar beets planted thereon for the pro duction of sugar beets to be marketed or processed by the producer for the extraction of sugar or liquid sugar dur ing the 1944 crop season.
