Partial R evocation of E xecutive O rder No. 4411 of A pril 1,1926, W ithdrawing P ublic L ands for C lassification and in Aid of L egislation MONTANA
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36 Stat. 847, Executive Order No. 4411
of April 1,1926, temporarily withdrawing certain public lands in Montana for classification and in aid of legislation, is hereby revoked so far as it affects the following-described land:

By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is ordered that, subject to valid existing rights, the public lands in the followingdescribed areas be, and they are hereby, withdrawn from all forms of appropria tion under the public-land laws, includ ing the mining laws, and reserved for the use of the War Department as camp sites:

To be eligible for appointment the applicant must be a male citizen of the United States who fulfills the require ments specified in section 24e, added to act of June 3, 1916, by section 24, act of June 4, 1920 41 Stat. 774; 10 U.S.C. 92, 93, 122, and section 7, act of April 3, 1939 53 Stat. 557; 10 U.S.C. 92, 122, 123, 141, 151 for the corps concerned, and who has been examined and found qual ified as prescribed in 73.4, or who has qualified for an appointment through the completion of an internship as outlined in 73.1.
