Now, therefore, it is ordered, That, pending final disposition of the aboveentitled matter, temporary relief be, and the same hereby is granted as follows:
Commencing forthwith, 327.11 Low volatile coals: Alphabetical list of code members is amended by adding thereto Supplement R, and 327.34 General prices in cents per net ton for shipment into any market area is amended by adding thereto Supplement T, which supplements are hereinafter set forth and hereby made a part hereof.
It is further ordered, That pleadings in opposition to the above-entitled mat ter and applications to stay, terminate or modify the temporary relief herein granted may be filed with the Division within forty-five 45 days from the date of this Order, pursuant to the Rules and Regulations Governing Practice and Procedure for the Bituminous Coal Divi sion in Proceedings Instituted Pursuant to section 4 II d of the Bituminous Coal Act of 1937.
It is further ordered, That the relief herein granted shall become final sixty 60 days from the date of this Order, unless the Director shall otherwise order.

MINIMUM PRICES FOR THE COALS OF CER
TAIN MINES IN DISTRICT NO. 7

An original petition, pursuant to sec tion 4 II d of the Bituminous Coal Act of 1937, having been duly filed with this Division by the above-named party, re questing the establishment both tempo rary and permanent of price classifica tions and minimum prices for the coals of certain mines in District No. 7; and It appearing that a reasonable showing of necessity has been made for the grant ing of temporary relief in the manner hereinafter set forth; and No petitions of intervention having been filed with the Division in the aboveentitled matter; and It appearing that this action is neces sary in order to effectuate the purposes of the Act;
