U.S.C., Sec. 202 b , it has been ascer tained by me that the stockyard known as the Broken Bow Auction Yards at Broken Bow, State of Nebraska, is sub ject to the provisions of said Act.
The attention of stockyard owners, market agencies, dealers, and other per sons concerned is directed to Sections 303
and 306 7 UJS.C., Secs. 203 and 207 and other pertinent provisions of said Act and the rules and regulations issued thereunder by the Secretary of Agricul ture.
