Pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary of Agriculture under Sections 7 to 17, inclusive, of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act 49 Stat.
1148, as amended, the 1939 Agricultural Conservation Program Bulletin1 is here by further amended as follows:
Paragraph a of Sec. 701.3 is amended by changing the national goal for Bur ley tobacco from a range of 375,000 to 400.000 acres to a range of 375,000 to 410.000 acres.
Paragraph b of Sec. 701.3 is amended by the addition of the following:
