Notice is hereby given that after in quiry, as provided by Section 302 b of tile Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921 7
U. S. C. Sec. 202 b, it has been ascer tained by me as Secretary of Agriculture of the United States that the stockyard known as Lum Brothers Stock Yards, at Natchez, State of Mississippi, is subject to the provisions of said Act.
The attention of stockyard owners, market agencies, dealers, and other per sons concerned is directed to Sections 303
and 306 7 U. S. C. Secs. 203 and 207
and other pertinent provisions of said Act and the rules and regulations issued thereunder by the Secretary of Agri culture.
