Arkansas By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 24 of the act of March 3, 1891, 26 Stat. 1095, 1103, as amended U. S. C., title 16, sec. 471, and by the act of June 4, 1897, 30 Stat. 11, 36 U. S. C., title 16, sec. 473, it is ordered that, subject to valid existing rights, the followingdescribed public land in Arkansas be, and it is hereby, in cluded in and made a part of the Ouachita National Forest:

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me as President of the United States and in order to effectuate further the purposes of the Migratory Bird Conservation Act 45 Stat. 1222, it is ordered that the following-described lands and accretions thereto, comprising approximately 5,000
acres in Pacific County, Washington, acquired or to be ac quired by the United States, be, and they are hereby, re served and set apart, subject to existing valid rights, for the use of the Department of Agriculture as an addition to the W allapa Harbor Migratory Bird Refuge established by Execu tive Order No. 7541 of January 22, 1937: Provided, that any private lands within the area described shall become a part of the refuge upon the acquisition of title thereto or lease thereof by the United States:

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me as President of the United States, and in order to effectuate further the purposes of the Migratory Bird Conservation Act 45 Stat. 1222, it is ordered that the lands acquired, or to be acquired, by the United States within the followingdescribed area, comprising approximately 10,922 acres in Jefferson County, Idaho, be, and they are hereby, reserved and set apart, subject to existing valid rights, for the use of the Department of Agriculture, as a refuge and breeding ground for migratory birds and other wildlife: Provided, that any private lands within the described area shall be come a part of the refuge hereby established upon the acquisition of title thereto or lease thereof by the United States:
