Under the authority of section 7 b of the A ir Commerce Act of 1926 U . S. C., title 49, sec. 177 b , the Sandusky Municipal Airport, Sandusky, Ohio, is hereby designated as an airport of entry fo r the landing of aircraft from foreign countries fo r a period of one year freon the date of approval of this order.

The definition of Range Land in part I is amended to read as follows:
Range Land means any land other than th at owned or controlled by the U nited States Governm ent, or any agency thereof, in which a ranch operator has such a legal estate or Interest as to give him control th ereof which produces forage fo r range livestock w ithout cu ltivation or general Irrigation ten acres or more o f which, on the average fo r the ranching unit, are required to graze one auimai unit.

S ec tio n 1. R ange-B uild ing Practices and Rates. Paym ent w ill be made fo r carrying out on range land in 1937 such o f the fo l low ing range-building practices -as are approved by th e county com m ittee fo r th e ranching u n it prior to th eir Institu tion, pro vided th at th e range-building paym ent w ith respect to any ranch ing u n it shall n ot exceed the range-building allowance fo r such ranching unit.

Part IV , Section 1, Practice F, is amended to read as follows:
F. Range Fences. For building cross fences or d rift fences, con structed as follow s: a n ot few er than three tig h tly stretched wires, attached to posts set not m ore than 20 fe e t apart, w ith com er posts w ell braced, or b not few er than three poles, or rails, nailed, w ith nails not sm aller than 40-penny spikes, to posts or jacks spaced not m ore than 18 fe et apart; all posts, poles, rails, and jacks to be good and sound. $0.30 per rod.

P art IV , Section 1, is amended by adding the following range-building practices at the end thereof.
J. N atural Reseeding by D eferred Grazing. Paym ent w ill be made fo r w ithholding range land from grazing fo r th e period from th e start o f forage grow th to seed m atu rity established by the State Com m ittee, at the rate o f 35 cents per fu ll m onth of such 12 F. R. 435, 561.
The m ethods to be follow ed in determ ining the productivity o f title cropland on th e farm are contained in W estern R egion B u lletin No. 102.
