Question 1: Should vaccines be considered chemically synthetised veterinary medicinal products as referred to in point 1.5.2.5 of Part II of Annex II to Regulation EU 2018/848?
Regulation EU 2018/848 applies from 1 January 2022, as established in Article 61 thereof.
