Retirada de notificación de una concentración Asunto M.10319 GREINER / RECTICEL

El 18 de octubre de 2021, la Comisión recibió la notificación 1 de un proyecto de concentración con arreglo al artículo 4
del Reglamento CE n.o 139/2004 del Consejo 2 Reglamento de concentraciones.
El 24 de noviembre de 2021, la Comisión decidió incoar un procedimiento 3 con arreglo al artículo 6, apartado 1, letra c, del Reglamento de concentraciones. El 28 de febrero de 2022, la parte notificante informó a la Comisión de que retiraba su notificación y demostró que había renunciado a la concentración.
