Convocatoria a Junta Obligatoria Anual de Accionistas Se convoca a la Junta Obligatoria Anual de Accionistas de Shougang Hierro Perú S. A. A., a celebrarse el día Viernes 22 de Marzo de 2024
a las 10:00 horas en primera citación, y el día Martes 26 de Marzo de 2024 a la misma hora en segunda citación, en las oficinas de la compañía, ubicadas en la Av. República de Chile N 262, distrito de Jesús María, provincia y departamento de Lima, con la siguiente agenda:
1. Aprobación de la Memoria y de los Estados Financieros al 31
de diciembre de 2023.
2. Aplicación de las utilidades generadas al 31 de diciembre de 2023.
3. Aprobación de la Política de Dividendos.
4. Nombramiento de los Auditores Externos para la auditoría de los Estados Financieros al 31 de diciembre de 2024.
5. Ratificación de los actuales Directores.
6. Establecimiento de las remuneraciones del Directorio.
7. Autorización para la firma de la minuta y escritura pública.

Nota:
Los señores accionistas pueden hacerse representar por cualesquiera otro accionista mediante carta poder simple, debiéndose registrar tales poderes en la oficina de Asesoría Jurídica de la Empresa, en la dirección arriba indicada, de 09:00 a 12:00
horas y de 13:00 a 16:00 horas, hasta un día útil antes de la celebración de la Junta.
