Mediante Escritura Pública de fecha 11 de marzo de 2020, otorgada ante Notario Público de Lima, Dr. Alfredo Paino Scarpati, se celebró el Addendum al Contrato de Fideicomiso en Garantía celebrado el 05 de diciembre de 2019
el Fideicomiso, en virtud del cual Trivelli Green S.A.C. en calidad de Fideicomitente aportó nuevos bienes en dominio fiduciario a favor de Scotiabank Peru S.A.A. en calidad de Fiduciario, para su debida administración, según los términos establecidos en el Fideicomiso.
Se publica el presente aviso para fines de lo establecido en el artículo 245 de la Ley Nº 26702, Ley General del Sistema Financiero y del Sistema de Seguros y Orgánica de la Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros.
