En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el art. 217 de la Ley General de Sociedades se comunica que la junta general de accionistas de Fondo Talento S.A., de fecha 18 de mayo de 2020, aprobó la reducción del capital social por devolución de aportes, en la suma de S/6700,000.00, es decir de la suma de S/31969,817.00 a la suma de S/25269,817.00, como consecuencia de la amortización de 6700,000 acciones de un valor nominal de S/1.00 cada una y su entrega a sus titulares del valor nominal amortizado.
