De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 412
de la Ley General de Sociedades, se comunica que mediante Junta General de Accionistas celebrada con fecha 23 de abril de 2020, se acordó por unanimidad la Disolución y Liquidación de la empresa STIMULUS S.A., con RU.C. N 20177195562, al haber incurrido en la causal de disolución establecida en el numeral 4 del artículo 407 de la Ley General de Sociedades, nombrándose como liquidador al señor Manuel Alejandro Saco Loyola, identificado con D.N.I. N 07795141.
