La entidad Recuperación y Reciclaje, Soc. Coop. De C-LM, con CIF nº F02165694 y domicilio social en calle F, 36
de Parque Empresarial Campollano, en Asamblea General Extraordinaria celebrada el pasado día 5 de septiembre de 2023 aprobó por unanimidad la disolución de la misma, el cese del actual Consejo Rector y el nombramiento de los siguientes liquidadores: D. Fernando González Cantos, D. Benjamín Cuenca Pérez, D. Ángel Zalve Lario, Dña.
María Isabel Cañaveras Gallego, D. Luis Cañaveras Gallego, Dña. Carmen Barba Serrano y D. Francisco Javier Sánchez Rodríguez; dando inicio al proceso de liquidación de dicha sociedad, de acuerdo a los artículos 110, 112 y 114 de la Ley de Cooperativas de Castilla-La Mancha.
