Sociedad Cooperativa Anuncio de 22/02/2020, de la Cooperativa de Viviendas Las Lomas, sobre acuerdo de liquidación y nombramiento de liquidadores. 2020/5029
En la Asamblea General Ordinaria de 22 de febrero de 2020, por la unanimidad de los socios presentes y representados, se adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:
Disolución de la Cooperativa conforme al apartado b del artículo 110.1 de la Ley de Cooperativas de Castilla-La Mancha, con apertura del período de liquidación, cese del Consejo Rector y nombramiento de tres liquidadores, conforme al artículo 114 de la misma ley.
