PROMOCIONES HUERTA NUEVA, S.A.
En cumplimiento del artículo 14 de la Ley 3/2009, de 3 de abril, sobre Modificaciones Estructurales de las Sociedades Mercantiles, se hace público que con fecha 6 de junio de 2.017 PROMOCIONES HUERTA NUEVA, S.A., acordó la reducción de capital por condonación de dividendos pasivos y transformación de la misma en sociedad limitada, aprobándose asimismo el balance y los nuevos estatutos sociales. Por tanto, en lo sucesivo, la Sociedad girará con la denominación PROMOCIONES HUERTA NUEVA, S.L.
