Por acuerdo del Consejo de Administración, celebrado el 30 de septiembre de 2022, se convoca a los señores accionistas de CTV, S.A., a la Junta General Extraordinaria, a celebrar en el Salón Valle Inclán del Hotel Araguaney de Santiago de Compostela, el día 12 de diciembre de 2022, a las diez horas, en primera convocatoria, y si fuere preciso, al día siguiente, en el mismo lugar y hora, en segunda convocatoria, con arreglo al siguiente Orden del día Primero.- Nombramiento de Auditor.
Segundo.- Lectura y aprobación del acta de reunión.
