En virtud del artículo 335.a de la Ley de Sociedades de Capital, los acreedores no gozan de derecho de oposición a la presente operación de reducción de capital. En consecuencia, la reducción tendrá eficacia inmediata por la sola decisión de la Junta General.
Se aprobó, asimismo, facultar a D. José Manuel Rábago Balmori para que compareciera ante Notario y elevara a público los acuerdos inscribibles en el Registro Mercantil.
