A los efectos del art. 319 de la LSC, se comunica que la Junta General Extraordinaria de fecha 22 de noviembre de 2021, ha aprobado una reducción de capital social en 58.519,37 euros mediante la amortización de 9.737 acciones por amortización de autocartera, habiendo sido dotada una reserva indisponible por el mismo importe.
