En Junta General Extraordinaria de Accionistas de la sociedad, celebrada el día 26 de agosto de 2021, se adoptó el acuerdo de modificar los artículos 6 7.º y 8.º de los Estatutos Sociales, dotándose de nueva redacción a los mismos donde se restringe el régimen de transmisión de las acciones.
Lo que se hace público a efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 123.1 de la Ley de Sociedades de Capital.
