A los efectos previstos en el artículo 103 de la Ley de modificaciones estructurales de sociedades mercantiles hago constar que la entidad mercantil FITAGRO GRUPO, S.L ha trasladado su domicilio social a Portugal, según resulta de la escritura autorizada el día 11 de mayo de 2021, por el Notario de Córdoba don Rafael Díaz-Vieito Piélagos, bajo el número de protocolo 22371;
dicho traslado ha quedado inscrito en el Registro Comercial competente de acuerdo a la legislación portuguesa.
