la Sociedad no fuera posible la asistencia remota a la Junta en la forma prevista o se produjere durante la Junta una interrupción de la comunicación o se pusiere fin a ésta, no podrá invocarse esta circunstancia como privación ilegítima de los derechos del accionista, ni como causa de impugnación de los acuerdos adoptados por la Junta General.
